Begin with a Dosha Yoga consultation, followed by a traditional Abhyanga oil massage or Shirodhara, the warm oil forehead treatment known for stilling the mind.

6:30 PM — Nourishing Dinner
Enjoy a balanced dinner that’s meant to revigorate yourself and whoever you’re with. The seasonal menu emphasizes anti-inflammatory ingredients, mindful portions, and warm, grounding spices.

8:30 PM — In-Room Relaxation + Recovery
Return to your suite for a wind-down ritual. Dim the lights, cue the guided sleep sounds, put on the silk sleep mask and use the Theragun or try guided breathing exercises available through the in-room wellness hub.

DAY TWO: DETOX + DEEP RESTORE

8:00 AM — Morning Fitness Class
