Job Overview

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help build the foundation of our Enterprise & Mid-Market Customer Success function. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants real ownership, cross-functional influence, and the chance to shape how customer success scales from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sales relationships across enterprise and mid-market customers using Launchpad and Backstage
  • Lead onboarding, training, and adoption to drive long-term customer success
  • Act as a strategic partner to clients before, during, and after major events
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and engagement to proactively manage risk and growth
  • Drive renewals, retention, and expansion in partnership with Sales and Product
  • Help define customer success processes, playbooks, and best practices as we scale

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS

  • Experience supporting mid-market and/or enterprise customers
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Bonus: experience in travel, events, hospitality, or early-stage SaaS
